The relevance of a government framework to environmental health in South Africa

Auteurs :
ALLISON, M.C.

Description :
Urban environmental health policy is increasingly adopting a governance framework. However, there has been insufficient consideration of the factors which influence the interactions between civil society and government and that define governance. A study in Cape Town sought to explore these issues, notably between health and sanitation, within societies in transition. - (AJC)
