Description :
The main aim of this paper is to contribute to a resolution of the described controversy on the limit of the last glacier, and to provide an improved description and interpretation of the late Weichselian glaciation on western Svalbard. In this paper, the AA. also compile earlier published results, especially the relevant radiocarbon dates.
