Description :
This study presents an experimental GIS application to assess the optimal utilisation of the properties in a test area chosen in the dilapidated central part of Budapest (in District 9, called Ferencváros). The method can be used to evaluate social, traffic, polluting, criminal environment and potentials of properties. It is also possible to take into consideration different utilisation purposes. - (JS)
