Description :
This paper examines a nearly 1 km long sea cliff at Cape Ball, Graham Island which contains glacial sediments that predate the middle Wisconsinan substage. This section provides an opportunity to study the interactions of Cordilleran and Queen Charlotte glaciers and to infer the history of ancient subglacial dynamics, ice streaming, and ice-sheet decay.
