Description :
This paper presents Be 10 exposure ages for 5 different boulders located at 960 m elevation on 2 moraine ridges near Lake Misery at Arthur's Pass, in the Southern Alps of New Zealand. In addition, it gives 2 previously unpublished measurements of Al 26 concentrations for boulders on the Julier Pass moraines in the Swiss Alps. These exposure dates shox synchronous glacier advances both in the Southern Alps and in the European Alps during the European Younger Dryas chronozone of Mangerud et al.
