Recently some farming families have given a new impulse to the hay-therapy-connected activities by building their own hotels and hay baths, according to the present technical and health regulations. Hay bathing, along with agritourism, favours the sinergy between the primary and tertiary sectors. Both types of tourism could put a limit to the people migration from the Alpine area. The authorities are encouraging the hay baths-connected activities, considering their high potentialities within a project on restructuring the agri-zootechnical farms.
