The global risks are at the centre of the attention: ozone holz, greenhouse effect, resources exhaustion. At the same time, the A. affords the incapacity for facing these risks because of different patterns of rationality either by common people or by experts. Therefore, the problem is that of finding an agreement which could allow to get to decisional choices acceptable by everyone.
