This paper aims to reconstruct changes in local vegetation and site conditions (salinity, hydrology); and to explore the transition from a marine to a terrestrial environment at 7000 C 14 yr B.P., and conversely from terrestrial to marine conditions soon after 6000 C 14 yr B.P. The AA. also interpret major relative sea level changes in relation to post-glacial glacioisostatic adjustment and neotectonic activity.
