Late Pleistocene glaciation of the Kosciuszko Massif, Snowy Mountains, Australia

Description :
In this paper, the AA. review the evidence for glaciation and present a revised map of glacial landforms on the Kosciuszko Massif. They then present cosmogenic Be 10 exposure ages for moraine sequences at Blue Lake and Lake Cootapatamba and combine the mapping and exposure dating results to develop a preliminary chronostratigraphy for the last glaciation in southeastern Australian. Finally, they compare the timing of the glacier advances with regional and hemispheric climate change.
