Deriving response matrices from Central American modern pollen rain

Description :
In this study, modern pollen assemblages from Panama and Costa Rica are ordinated and used to determine indicator species of certain climatic conditions. Response matrices are shown for 17 commonly observed pollen taxa. New relationships emerge that will increase the quality of the interpretations of the fossil record.
