Description :
The well-preserved pedogenic sequence for the last glacial-interglacial loess deposits, located near Liujiapo village, provides a framework for reconstructing the regional environments of hominid occupations on the north slope of the Qinling Mountains. In this paper, soil organic carbon is used for habitat reconstruction, coexisting soil carbonate carbon is used to measure the vegetation density, and soil carbonate oxygen is used for paleoclimate reconstruction.
