Late Quaternary earthquake chronology from luminescence dating of colluvial and alluvial deposits of the Arava valley, Israel

Description :
This study uses infrared stimulated luminescence (IRSL) and TL techniques to obtain numerical ages for fault-related sediments in the southern Arava. These ages give a more accurate chronology and mean recurrence interval for large earthquakes in the region.
