Description :
Etude d'un projet d'approvisionnement en eau potable s'appuyant sur des réformes de gestion hybrides. On résout le manque de fiabilité de l'offre étatique par une privatisation à petite échelle. Examen des changements de regulation développés dans la phase de l'après-projet, conséquence de l'offre d'eau contaminée. La participation des communautés s'inscrit dans un processus de néolibéralisation qui a des impacts à de multiples échelles.
