Ils analysent les cinq scénarios proposés, leurs implications en matière de consommation de pétrole et d’impact sur le climat. Ils concluent par le rôle et les capacités du transport ferroviaire à répondre aux besoins de transport d’ici à la moitié du XXIème siècle et au-delà.
