Geographical mobility and potential wage gain of immigrants within Spain

This article examines the geographical mobility and potential wage gain of immigrants within Spain. First, it studies the determinants of such a mobility and, second, analyses estimates of an individual's opportunity wage as a mover or a stayer. Findings show that an expected wage gain exerts a positive influence on mobility and leads to a better allocation of resources.
