Description :
With the adoption of the Rural Development Programme 2007–2013 ‘Local action groups’ were set up with the purpose of implementing the LEADER approach and to encourage the development of local involvement. This applies also to the area of environmental protection and the protection of natural resources, which features within the second axis of the Rural Development Programme. The purpose of the present research was to gain insight into projects that target environmental topics. - (IKR)
