To determine the views of elderly people to remote home care in Slovenia a survey was conducted and the results are discussed in this article. They show that elderly people have positive attitudes towards a remote home care. This was attributed to the effective information of respondents. Raising awareness of potential users is crucial for its acceptance in a society but, the respond to the needs of the elderly in urban and rural areas should be different. - (IKR)
