In the process of creating heritage the bequeathed or explored legends and myths against the proving principles of scientific justice are ordered by the teleological objectives. Some ideologies are represented by historical, cultic buildings, museums, monuments and commemorative plaques, tourism regions or other public places. The representation of heritage legitimates the existing social and political values and structures. It can be used for manipulate, excuse or rewrite the past. Heritages are constructions and their destinations are results of political conceptions. It can be noticed in typical relations, principles of the usage of cultural spaces, ways and practices of creating heritage inside and outside of Europe too. The risks of creating heritage by national, regional and global levels can be decreased by the cultural heritage community which is unterminated in space and time and based on the law and freedom of interpretation instead of possession. - (AM)
