Description :
Régionalisation des anomalies thermiques, à l'aide d'une classification hiérarchique ascendante. Trois ensembles cohérents sont identifiés : l'Antarctique oriental (températures stationnaires entre 1973 et 2002), la Péninsule antarctique (fort réchauffement limité aux dernières années) et le sub-Antarctique auquel s'apparentent les îles des latitudes moyennes (net réchauffement, surtout en été austral). Des liens sont démontrés avec la température de surface de l'océan et avec la circulation atmosphérique. - (JPB)
