L'acculturation des cadres supérieurs expatriés en République tchèque

Acculturation of expatriate executive managers was examined in the sample of 16 sojourners working in Czechia using a longitudinal study. Aim of this research was to gain a better understanding of the process of acculturation of sojourners responsible for the transfer of management know-how across international borders. The success of their acculturation was measured by the Goldberg’s GHQ index and satisfaction scales. Results of conducted surveys indicate that acculturation of sojourners in Czechia was successful and proceeded approximately according to the Hofstede’s U acculturation curve. - (EN)
