Description :
The area-wide provision of services of general interest in the Federal Republic of Germany is endangered, particularly rural areas. The way out of the infrastructural crisis consists of a number elements, which must be composed partly of the state, partly of the civil society. The new model is capable of adapting the classical universal services in the sectors telecommunications, postal services and energy to the changed structural conditions. - (IfL)
