Description :
By the intensive anthropogenic activities following the 1879 Great Flood the soils of Szeged (S-Hungary) have suffered significant alteration in both physical and chemical properties. Soils samples were taken at 25 sites from horizons of soil profiles located in the downtown and surroundings of Szeged in order to examine diagnostic properties and to categorize the profiles according to the WRB (2006) classification system. - (AM)
