Ticks and tick-borne diseases (TBD) represent a serious health risk in numerous European countries, including Czechia. The South Bohemian Region is a TBD high-risk area. The aims of the current project are: to map the distribution of ticks and tick-borne diseases in the South Bohemian Region, to identify the key factors determining their distribution and to use the obtained data for creation of a TBD risk prediction model. - (EN)
