The nine articles deal with the concepts, findings and problems of global trade and the environment, the concept for linking economy, environment and geography (called ecological Rucksack), the question of shifting environmental burden to the poor countries, the corporate responsibility in global textile and garment production networks, environment and quality problems as export barrier of shrimps production of Bangladesh in the global market, the global value chains of the palm oil industry, the environment pollution case (for example cromiumsulfate production in North India), the conflict of crude oil pipeline in rainforest of Cameroon and the added value chains of fruit and vegetable trade (for example the German Kenyan project). - (IfL)
