The article deals with terms OGC, Web Service, 3D, CityGML and self-adaption. This paper addresses first the concept for unification of these web services ; and then presents how to implement a 3-in-1 web service. In this way users can access to the three web services by the uniform interface ; the 3-in-1 service can automatically adapt to different environments and provide suitable data. - (IfL)
