In order to estimate the future trends of the atmospheric levels of various greenhouse gases, and to plan carbon emission trade, it is essential to measure the carbon dioxide concentration values all over the world. In this paper the AA. analyse the carbon balance of the atmospheric-biosphere system, and the potential effects of global warning. - (AM)
