Nutrient transport associated with water erosion : progress and prospect

This paper gives a synthetic analysis of the nutrient transport process driven by water erosion from the important respects of the process including nutrient sources, the trigger of the carrier and the forms of nutrient transport, and the factors regulating the nutrient transport. Finally, the major challenges in nutrient transport research are discussed and some potential resolutions are suggested.
