This paper focuses on the relationship between law and geography in a historical context. According to the investigations of the author the geographical right-science (Geojurisprudenz) developed in Germany and its first advocate was Manfred Langhans-Ratzeburg. The geographical right-science spread in Great Britain, USA and Canada after World War II, and it has still numerous representatives. - (JS)
