Description :
Storage of large woody debris in the wide mountain Czarny Dunajec River, southern poland, was investigated following 2 floods of June and July 2001, with a seven-year frequency. The objective was to explain the observed pattern of wood deposition in terms of large woody debris recruitment, river hydraulics and geomorphological style of particular channel sections.
