Description :
This work presumes that the occurrence of rainstorms is a key indicator for the study of land degradation, on scale long-term observation in a 2071 km2 areas of Beneto province since 1981 to 1999. A right mapping of Agricultural Surface Degradation Index (ASDI/IDSA) aimed to individuate areas characterized from a different recurrence of the degradation phenomenon. The techniques applied to elaborate the dataset are the classic ones of the geostatistic survey and the precise ordinary kriging as a technique of linear interpolation.
