Description :
The aim of the study was to present the changes of unemployment among rural population in the years 1996-2000, in the areas of two former provinces - Szczecin and Koszalin Province, labeled as West Pomerania. Directions and intensity of migration processes and their relation to unemployment scale of the population of analysed area were investigated as well. Finally there was obtained averaged and spatial distribution of unemployment intensity among rural community of West Pomarania that is characterised by dual territorial arrangement. - (BJ)
