The paper presents analysis of the non-agricultural farms activity in two communes (gminas) of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province (Unisław and Zakrzewo). The author have defined the level and structure of non-agricultural farms activity. During the spatial differentiation analysis there were taken into consideration natural (quality of agricultural land area) and non-natural conditions (1 - population per 1 km2, 2 - number of economic units, 3 - registered unemployment rate in % - opposite, 4 - the portion of the working age population in %, 5 - average agricultural land area of farm in ha - opposite) of the activity. - (BJ)
