Description :
This study reconstructs the late Holocene variations of the Raigorodskogo Glacier and climate changes in the Pamir-Alai using C 14 ages, the spatial distribution of moraines, relative dating of moraines, and observational records of terminal variation of the glacier. Mention is also made of the hydrogeomorphological changes that occurred in response to glacier variations in the proglacial area.
