Description :
Changes through time in landowner and their effect on agricultural and uncultivated land resources are examined in Israel Township, southwestern Ohio. The decline in agricultural lands is a slight change in comparison with the uncultivated lands that experienced transitions among land uses. The results focus on factors that influence stable farm ownership and promote a diversity of environmental and economic gains from forests in the rural landscape.
