Description :
The Geophysical Institute Permafrost Lab, GIPL, has developed a new interactive geographical information systems model to estimate the long-term response of permafrost to changes in climate. The calibration of the model and evaluation of the model's performance will be discussed to assess possible uncertainties associated with data handling and processing.
