The author shows that the number of the inhabitants of the large housing estates rapidly are going loss and also attractivity is going down. The inhabitants are wandering to the sub-urban regions also back to the grown high status mid-town quarters. Migration is also caused by the lack of employment. It is expected that social segregation will increase. - (HPB)
