Description :
After five years the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning is presenting a new regionalised population prognosis. The prognosis starts at the beginning of 1997, the prognosis horizon is the end of 2015. In addition to the updating of incorporated data, some technical changes were made in the prognosis model. Furthermore the new spatial reference takes account of the reform of administrative areas which has taken place in the new federal states (Länder) in the meantime. - (MT)
