Description :
The aim of this special issue is to provide analytical keys for resolving the apparent paradoxes of project-based organizing. A solution to these paradoxes has to be found in the interrelation between temporary projects and the permanent organizations, ties and networks around which they are built. Projects are considered either as form (professionalization, certification, institutionalization) or as process (tasks, interdependence, power, deadlines).
