This study links archival data and the recent vegetation mapping program of the Kis-Balaton Water Protection System. The authors measured the status of wetland macrophytes in the year 2000 and compared the result with those of 1988, in order to define the spatial-temporal structural changes on the second water body of the Iglói Copse, where changes of the macrovegetation are the most conspicuous. - (AM)
