Description :
The AA. investigated depth-related changes in saturated hydraulic conductivity on hillslope soils in a managed tropical forest in peninsular Malaysia. The objective was to ascertain how the differing types of logging activities have affected permeability within the soil profile. By doing so, the AA. hoped to improve their understanding of how stormflow pathways may have been affected by disturbance and how these effects have recovered over time.
