River channel dynamics following extirpation of wolves in northwestern Yellowstone National Park, USA

Auteurs :

Description :
This study was undertaken to assess potential differences in willow cover and channels for floodplain systems in the upper Gallatin Basin winter range, Yellowstone National Park, and to evaluate whether any differences in channels are attributable to the loss of streamside vegetation (following extirpation of wolves) or whether they represent responses to flow regimes, land use or other factors.
