Description :
The Deoha/Ganga-Ghaghara Interfluve has been mapped for its geomorphology, and soil-geomorphic units, tectonic features, using remote sensing digital data analysis and geographical information system techniques. Also, fieldwork was carried to study soils from various soil-geomorphic units and to collect samples for laboratory analysis with a view to find out the degree of soil development and date the soils by luminescence dating technique.
