Awareness of spatial inequality in the living environment of the modern Japanese city in Cosmology, epistemology and the history of geography.

Auteur :
MIZUUCHI, T.

Description :
This analysis is a first attempt to solve the controversial problems related to inner city slum clearance and squatter problems. The sense of urban spatial inequality in Japan was nourished mainly by four kinds of interurban areal differentiation. The political counter action to relieve this inequality was assumed under the initiative of the central or metropolitan governements. - (SGA)
