This paper attempts to analyze the regional distribution pattern of the population mobility in metropolitan Toronto and to investigate the factors producing the regional differences of the mobility. To attain this purpose first Trend Surface Analysis is employed to derive the general map pattern of the mobility and then Step-wise Multiple Regression Analysis is practiced to find major factors of the migration. - (SGA)
