Peddling is one of the major marketing channels in present Bangladesh. This paper tries to clarify the peddling activities of aluminium sellers from both spatial and temporal points of view. Their life style changes radically from the dry season to the rainy season. The purdah dominated society of Muslims seems to be one of the important reasons why peddling still thrives in Bangladesh. - (SGA)
