The present and the future state of accessibility of services in the North of the Netherlands is analysed in this study. The central issue is whether existing services are within each of various groups of inhabitants. It appears that bottlenecks in the accessibility of services will occur because of changes in the composition of the population and in the structure of the services. - (AGD)
