Description :
A model is proposed as a result of investigating the relations between geomagnetic, climatic and meteorological phenomena. The penetration of electron into the middle atmosphere and stratosphere causes an immediate increase in temperature and pressure in the troposphere along the auroral oval and is responsible for the meridional flow changing into zonal and for pronounced changes of temperature in Europe and North America.
