Shoreline erosion: a management framework

Description :
The purpose of this paper is to devise a management scheme suitable for dealing with continuous chronic shoreline erosion, consider criteria important for such management and identify the groups affected by and affecting erosion. This discussion leads to the conclusion that there is a need to establish a shoreline management entity capable of taking a broad view of the issues involved.
