Description :
On the basis of biostratigraphical, magnetostratigraphical, paleoclimatological and sedimentological studies of the continuous Pliocene-Pleistocene sequences, the M/G boundary is found an important marker in North China. The evidence of mammals indicate that the horizon bearing Equus is consistent with the M/G boundary approximately. (DLO).
