Description :
Description of the history of coastline changes since the last Interglacial in two areas of the Almeria coast. Here marine terraces contain four distinct marine beds with Strombus bubonius, a guide fossil of the last Interglacial period in the Mediterranean. The fact that one of the emerged Strombus layers has been dated by U/Th around 35 Ka raises once again the problem of the level of the sea during the interstadials of the last glaciation period.
